At It's A Girls' World Foundation, Inc., we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to grow into a confident, resilient, and compassionate leader. Through mentoring, education, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement, we provide a safe and supportive environment where girls can discover their strengths, build lasting relationships, and develop the skills needed to succeed in school, in life, and within their communities.

Our Programs
Back-to-School Bash & Bookbag Giveaway
Each year, we host our Back-to-School Bash to help students and families prepare for a successful school year. This community event provides free backpacks, school supplies, books, family resources, and fun activities while connecting families with local organizations and community partners. Our goal is to remove barriers to education and ensure every child starts the school year with confidence.
Girls With Goals Mentoring Program
Our signature mentoring program empowers girls ages 5–17 through monthly sessions focused on leadership development, self-confidence, mental wellness, life skills, goal setting, and community engagement. Girls build meaningful relationships with mentors while gaining the tools they need to thrive in school, at home, and in their communities.
Miss Young, Talented & Educated Scholarship
We believe that education opens doors to opportunity. Our scholarship program recognizes outstanding young women who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, character, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Through scholarships, we invest in the next generation of confident and compassionate leaders.
